Ang MNLF meron din yang history ng "toying around with anything of lesser value than independence". Ang Regional Autonomy naman ang sa MNLF, but we have learned our lessons and we consider autonomy only as a "transition" towards independence that will never work because the implementor (GPH) would never want it to be successful to ensure that independence will not happen in the future.

THE DOWNSIDE OF THE MILF BANGSAMORO FRAMEWORK
A win-win solution is when you increase the level of happiness of both the MNLF and the MILF. The MILF-GPH Bangsamoro Framework is currently being proposed by the PNoy Administration at the expense of the 1996 MNLF-GPH Final Peace Agreement. It will not strengthen GPH credibility if it presents a new promise upfront at the expense of destroying a commitment previously made. There is no net gain if you increase the benefit of one at the expense of the other. There is no progress if you transfer your peso from your left pocket to your right pocket.
In Islam, you can marry second wife as long as you can provide for her equally as you provided for your first wife. But this MILF-GPH Framework is very UNISLAMIC because the GPH acted like getting a new wife (MILF) and kicking out the first wife (MNLF) out of the house to give the house to the new wife. Malaysia is known to be very unislamic.
You have this Islamic doctrine called HIJRA wherein it is a duty of Muslims to provide sanctuary to those politically persecuted. In 2001, when Maas fleed Philippine persecution to Sabah, the Malaysian authorities arrested him and returned him to Philippines, which is a gross violation of the Islamic doctrine of Hijra.
I don't know if this so called Moro ISLAMIC Liberation Front (MILF) really understands the teachings of Islam. But I know they are close friends with Malaysia. Birds of the same feather.

NOW ANSWER ME BY WRITING A COMMENT BELOW. WHAT IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SIGNING OF MINDANAO INDEPENDENCE IN 21 OCT versus the TODAY'S SIGNING OF MILF-GPH BANGSAMORO FRAMEWORK? What is the BIG difference?
The Mindanao Independence is easy to understand and is signed by THE PEOPLE OF ENTIRE MINDANAO and the signature gathering is continuous. The MILF-GPH Framework is very difficult to understand and signed only by the leaders of the MILF and GPH in a one-shot event.

WHY IS IT CALLED A "FRAMEWORK"?
Because it is just a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK, an idea, a possibility, a hypothesis. It is not a Democratic Resolution. It is not an Agreement. It is not a Contract. It is not a Policy Proposal. It is not a Treaty. It is not Implementable yet. Before something gets implemented, it must first become a Law.
Do you know how long a Framework becomes a Law? Autonomy is a Framework in 1976, it became a Law in 1989, and it was ratified many times until it evolved into 1996 FPA, and then it became RA 9054 in 2001, and even now it is still ongoing amendment so that it can be implemented. Autonomy 1976, today is already 2012, so it is already 36 Years wala pa resulta.
So I don't understand why the MILF is happy. I don't understand why the Bangsamoro is happy. Now, can a FRAMEWORK abolish the 1996 FPA and RA9054? The answer is NO! RA 9054 is is a LAW, legislated by CONGRESS!
You know what? This Bangsamoro Framework will just be used by the GPH as an excuse in their negligence to implement the RA 9054. Eto namang MILF, nagpagamit lang, but we understand because these guys are intellectually vulnerable. I don't understand why many Muslims are feasting now. Perhaps they are not aware of these analysis.

THE MOST UNACCEPTABLE PORTION IN THE MILF-GPH's BANGSAMORO FRAMEWORK
The Colonial Government of Imperial Manila has NO RIGHT to dip their finger in any official document that will define what BANGSAMORO is. The term Bangsamoro is treated by the MNLF as SACRED, PURE, and honored with highest level of RESPECT and DIGNITY because the word BANGSAMORO is our collective name as citizens of the Independent State of Mindanao.
We are Bangsamoro Citizens and we have exclusive right to define the word BANGSAMORO. The BANGSAMORO is FREE and we shall not be defined in such a way that we are made subjects or subset of any colonial government such as the Philippines.

THE MAJOR OVERLOOK OF THE MILF's BANGSAMORO FRAMEWORK
If a person is a Christian, landed and resident of the ARMM, but is not a Bangsamoro Citizen following the MILF definition, he and his children will become a foreigner in his own land. Do you know the LIMITATIONS if you are not a citizen in your own land?
The MILF Bangsamoro Framework will only be adherent to human rights if it has a provision that will provide a just compensation for those that need to be uprooted and evacuated from the Bangsamoro territory. This analysis, in just one strike, is sufficient to block the nationhood of Bangsamoro. MILF Bangsamoro Framework defines Bangsamoro. In that definition, napakaraming residente ng ARMM ang hindi na sila Bangsamoro. Pag hindi sila Bangsamoro at maging Nation na yang Bangsamoro, syempre yung mga hindi Bangsamoro ay hindi yan sila Bangsamoro Citizen. Pag hindi sila Bangsamoro Citizen, hindi na sila makaka-boto, hindi sila makaka-bili ng lupa, kailangan nila mag-renew ng visa sa Bangsamoro State, mga anak nila hindi pwede makapag represent sa Bangsamoro Nation sa olympic games and beauty pageant, etc etc etc. Did you get my point, or you just don't understand the connection between NATIONAL IDENTITY and CITIZENSHIP?
The MILF-GPH Bangsamoro Framework itself is a proof that the many people in ARMM will be in danger if the MILF will administer or govern the area.

THE MILF-GPH AGREEMENT, IS IT AN ACT OF HOSTILITY OR AN ACT OF PROVOCATION BY THE GPH?
It is an ACT OF PROVOCATION by the GPH and a gross violation of the 1995 MNLF-GPH Ceasefire Ground Rules. In Section 6 of the said Ceasefire Ground Rules, the following are considered provocative acts. Paragraph b says: "Providing sanctuary or assistance to criminal and lawless elements." Paragraph e says: "Public pronouncements that will lead to undermine the sincerity or credibility of either party in implementing the ceasefire or adversely affect the on-going peace talks".
Clearly, in one of the sections of the MILF-GPH Bangsamoro Framework, they said that the "Bangsamoro shall be established to replace the ARMM". Perhaps they forgot that the product of the MNLF-GPH peace talks is the ARMM and since 1991 when ARMM Organic Act was implemented, there has been continuous dialogues to troubleshoot the loopholes of the ARMM Organic Act.
Clearly, in this MILF-GPH Bangsamoro Framework, the motive of the GPH is what I call PROVOCATION. The provocation was INTENTIONAL, PURPOSIVE, PREMEDITATED, MALICIOUSLY ORCHESTRATED by the war merchandisers in the Government of the Philippines. They want to provoke the MNLF. But we are not that easily provoked because our leader is a UN Peace Prize awardee, we are civilized and decent freedom strugglers, and disciplined gun owners. We will not react to their provocation, but we will expose their stupidity to the whole world through the internet.
